Do you ship?
Yes, we do ship. We ship only in the United States.
How long does it take to get my package?
Most of our package are shipped on overnight shipping or 2 day shipping. Other products that are not fresh florals are shipped on standard shipping (3-5 business days).
What is your cancellation or return policy?
No returns.
All lei, lei po’o, floral arrangements, corsage/boutonnieres, & all workshop cancellations must be done 7 days before your pick up, ship out or event date for a full refund.
All wedding bouqeuts, decor/arrangement cancellations must be done 14 days before event date. (If you are getting any lei, lei po’o, corsage & boutonnieres for your wedding date, the 14 day cancellation period will apply to these items for this specific occasion.)
There will be a 50% cancellation fee of purchase total for any orders cancelled less than the 7 & 14 day cancellation period before pick up, ship out or event date.
How do I confirm my order?
All orders are only confirmed with a full payment at the time of order. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email or message of pick up/ ship out details.
If a product is being shipped out. You will receive a confirmation/tracking number for your package.
How do I keep my lei fresh?
Store your lei on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, at the lowest temperature of the refrigerator. If you are receiving it through shipping, take the lei put of the packing, mist some water on the lei and wrap it in news paper before storing it in the refrigerator.
Can I get a refund on a late package?
No. We are not responsible for any late, lost or damaged packages.
