Business Policy

• Product prices are subject to change depending on floral demand & season.

• All lei, lei po’o, floral arrangements, corsage/boutonnieres, & all workshop cancellations must be done 7 days before your pick up, ship out or event date for a full refund.

• All wedding bouquets, decor/arrangement cancellations must be done 14 days before event date. (If you are getting any lei, lei po’o, corsage & boutonnieres for your wedding date, the 14 day cancellation period will apply to these items for this specific occasion.)

• There will be a 50% cancellation fee of purchase total for any orders cancelled less than the 7 & 14 day cancellation period before pick up, ship out or event date.

• Any forgotten pick-up orders will be posted for “flash sale”on social media.

• We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or late packages.

• There will be a $10 handling fee for all shipping orders.

• All fresh lei/floral products are only shipped on express shipping.

• A Rush fee of $15—$20 will apply for orders made less than 4 days before pick-up/ship out days.

• There are no returns.
